Baked Potatoes

Preheat the Presto® Electric Skillet at 400°. Wash potatoes and wipe dry. Rub a light coating of vegetable oil on the potatoes and pierce them with a fork in several places. Use a rack to prevent burning on the bottom. If you do not have a rack* that fits in your skillet, you can lay metal skewers inside your pan to serve as a rack. Position the potatoes on the rack or skewers. Cover and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the potatoes.
