This generous-sized deep fryer fries up to eight cups of food, fast and easy. A handy divider allows two different foods to fry at once without an intermingling of flavors. With the divider removed, the fryer's oval shape easily accommodates large pieces of chicken or fish. The ideal frying temperature is maintained automatically, with no controls to set or watch. Includes a slotted scoop to lift, drain, separate, and serve. The heavy cast aluminum body with nonstick surface, inside and out, provides quick and easy cleaning. A snap-on lid enables oil to be stored in the fryer to use again.
